We were up at 5:00 AM this morning. Boarded the plane at 6:35 AM. We were up in the air at 7:00 AM. We had a great flight to San Diego. The plane touched down at 8:25 local time. We picked up the rental SUV and were off to Sea World.

After we spent most of the day at Sea World we were off to the Seal beach to see all the animals sunning themselves in the sun.

The boys crashed and burned around 10 PM. Until tomorrow.

Heidi and I met Mike and Nancy at Il Vicinos for lunch. I love their pizza. It was great for the adults to get together and talk.



Checked the mail when we got back home and found a package from the Rocks. Two decks of "OH NO 5 -0" cards, a birthday card and a magnetic sign for my truck which reads "Honk, The driver just turned 50" Nice!



Xen, Heidi, and Darren presented me with birthday cards and cake after the boys returned from school. Ice cream bananas foster. WOW! It was awesome!



We then went to Olive Garden for dinner. My daughter, Niccole, called me while we were eating dinner. It was great to hear she is doing so well at her job. After dinner the servers came to the table to sing (barely) to me. I was adorned with a hair net.





I was also presented with a desert. What the @#$!!&%? I guess it is the thought that counts. :) You make the call.





After we finished the festivities at the Olive Garden, we went to SAM's and picked up my Birthday present... A 42" HD flat screen TV for the bedroom. NICE!!! VERY NICE!!!



WHAT A GREAT DAY!!!!

We went to see a movie and then our family was treated to dinner by the Scialdones at Carabbas. We celebrated my 50 year Birthday. The Scialdones had presents too. Nice very nice.
